Car finance is a minefield and can be very daunting for the majority of customers so a streamlined accreditation like this provides all our team with credible and accurate knowledge on the various finance products we have available.
In 2007 Specialist Automotive Finance (SAF) was introduced by the Finance and Leasing Association (FLA) to boost customer confidence in the motor trade.
To become SAF approved a thorough competence test must be passed with flying colours by all those within a dealership responsible for offering finance products. The test consists of 60 randomly-generated questions about the types of car finance available and the regulations which govern their sale in the showroom or over the phone.
The SAF accreditation gives our customers the peace of mind to ask questions about car finance or leasing and receive advice which is accurate and eventually make an informed choice for their next vehicle.
