  • Liaise closely with the key account management team to ensure all onboarding processes for clients are followed and assist in managing existing client relationships.
  • Handle day-to-day issues related to payouts, working closely with internal departments and account managers to swiftly resolve any problems.
  • Maintain direct communication with finance companies and meet individual payout targets for each company.
  • Ensure all vehicles have a V5 document upon arrival, and diligently follow up on any that are missing.
  • Verify that all vehicles entering stock have the correct number of keys and promptly chase any missing keys.
  • Work towards achieving both individual and divisional sales and performance targets.
  • Maintain a high level of service and satisfaction by effectively communicating with customers through various formats, including email, phone, text, website submissions, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks related to vehicle sales, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Manage part exchanges and resolve any associated issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Address any issues related to funders and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Oversee the management of warranties, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Manage tasks related to insurance, ensuring all procedures are followed and issues are resolved.

Proficient in both verbal and written communication, ensuring clear, concise, and persuasive messaging.   • Expertise in cultivating and managing relationships with key stakeholders and corporate clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met. Working Hours: Monday -Friday, traditional office hours, hybrid work available upon training completion, after hours work may be required at times based on timelines/projects.
