  • Engage in a 12-month training program with flexible learning modules tailored to your pace. Progression depends on your development and performance.
  • Upon successful completion of the training, transition to a Sales Executive role with an OTE of £60,000 per annum.
  • Buddy up with a Senior Team Leader who will review your performance, provide guidance, and help you navigate the Trainee program successfully.
  • Observe our sales team to gain insights into effective sales strategies and problem-solving techniques.
  • Gain exposure to various departments, including Customer Service, Sales, Vehicle Preparation, Admin and Logistics to understand the full scope of our operations.

  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Strong interest in the automotive industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets
