Our apprentices complete classroom and on-the-job training to gain industry recognised qualifications, over 1 to 4 years. Work alongside industry professionals, picking up lifelong skills as you go. You’ll be assigned a one-to-one mentor to monitor progress and help overcome any problems. All our courses are fully paid for.

Not only will you get at least a 3 year head start developing your confidence in the world of work, you will earn money from day one. You will receive both on the job and classroom based training in relevant and applicable fields. Hippo invests in our apprentices and provides a career for life for those that want it. An apprenticeship is fully funded for you, so there will be no student debt!
You will be paid the current apprentice rate which will increase in line with the particular role after you qualify.
Yes, there is an opportunity for parents to visit during the interview process but we would also happily show your parents around once you have started employment.
You will be assigned a mentor that will work closely with your college tutor and meet with you often day to day, to monitor your progress and provide general support.
We work closely with Training 2000 who offer a great range of high quality apprenticeships.
This is dependent on the apprenticeship but can be from 1 to 4 years. Most often the courses we focus on are 3 years.
This depends on the apprenticeship you choose however in all apprenticeships you will gain the skills and knowledge needed for your chosen career and will become a well established member of the team. Hippo has future growth plans which also provides future promotion opportunities.
