Outbound Call Agent

Due to our rapid expansion, Hippo Motor Group are looking for someone who is motivated and enthusiastic to join our Enquiry Management Team. We are a successful multimillion pound family run business that specialises in leasing new and used cars. The Enquiry Management Team work to ensure each of our customers is contacted as efficiently as possible after making their enquiry and that they receive the best level of service from the very first contact.

  • To be the first point of contact for our customers
  • To ensure all customers are contacted and assigned to an available Account Manager
  • To ensure all customer contact is followed up in order to maintain our CRM system.
  • To hit minimum performance targets
  • To maintain a work rate and level that falls in line with the company’s objectives
  • Follow all company procedures
  • Adhere to the FCA rules and guidelines
  • To treat your colleagues and the work place with respect
  • To offer our customers a high level of service and maintain good customer satisfaction and retention
